With a pay gap, higher caregiver expectations and responsibilities, and longer life expectancy, women have unique concerns when it comes to estate planning. Many critical decisions can and should be made long before a person becomes incapacitated and unable to make independent financial, health and family decisions, such as appointing guardians for minor children or making provisions for your business.
